I went to SOLEA CAFE & BAR for lunch with my friend!
This time, I had a lunch set with appetizer and drink (1,800 yen).
The main is 🥚 omelet rice using dragon eggs 🥚 Order carbonara using dragon eggs and share ♪
The brand egg "Ryu no Tamago" from Oita Prefecture is used here.
The omelet rice has a fluffy texture of eggs and a rich demi-glace sauce that go well together! I could feel the richness of the yolk of the carbonara, and it was very delicious with the chewy fresh pasta ✨
Furthermore, the appetizers are of amazing quality! Salads, ratatouille, dips, etc., are so colorful that I thought, "Is this the set appetizer?," and I felt that 1,800 yen with drinks was quite a value 😊

SOLEA CAFE & BARでのランチは、ブランド卵「龍のたまご」を使った料理が特に印象的でした。個人的に感じたのは、オムライスの卵のふわふわ感ととろける食感が絶妙で、濃厚なデミグラスソースと絡み合うことで一層深い味わいが楽しめたことです。カルボナーラも生パスタのもちもちとした食感と、卵黄のコクがしっかり感じられて満足度が高かったです。 また、前菜セットにはサラダやラタトゥイユ、ディップ類など彩り豊かな料理が並び、「ただの前菜」とは思えない充実ぶりに驚きました。これはランチ全体の満足度を大きく押し上げているポイントで、セット価格の1,800円が非常にお得に感じられました。お店の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、平日の昼間は比較的空いているためゆったり過ごせるのも魅力的です。 さらに、提携駐車場があるため車でも気軽に訪問できるのは大きなメリット。おしゃれなカフェでありながら、気取らず利用しやすい点から、デートや女子会はもちろん、普段のランチとしてもおすすめです。特に卵好きの方は「龍のたまご」を使ったメニューを体験してほしいと感じました。次回は他のメニューも試してみたいと思います。
