#mealideasfortoddlers #MomsOfLemon8 Let's make Meal planning easier & nutritious as I share what my 18month old eats during a 5 day week. On the weekends- we eat out! 😊

As a Southern mom, she typically consumes the same ingredients as us just in different forms.

We use this method to prevent food waste & ofcourse save a few bucks.

Psst, There's two hidden fruits in this plan:Chocolate Avocado pudding & Braised Jackfruit 😉

🥣 Breakfast: 8:30am

- Fresh Berries & Sugar Free Cookies

( As a pastry chef, yes I let my kid enjoy a cookie for breakfast. It's not different than putting syrup on your pancakes or consuming OJ you didn't make at home)

- Avocado Bowl

🥔 Snack:10am

- PopCorn & Grapes ( Choose whatever fruit you'd like)

🍓 Lunch: 1pm

- GF Buttermilk Pancakes & Blackberries

- Philly Omlette ( No meat sub spinach ) my kid doesn't like bell peppers

🍪 Snack: 3pm

- Avocado Chocolate pudding ( Chocolate Sauce made from scratch & is REFINED SUGAR FREE)

🌮 Dinner: 5pm

- Braised Jackfruit Tacos ( swap it for meat or whatever you choose to put in your taco)

- Avocado Pasta ( Noodles made from scratch )

We ate the same thing she did just with meat

So our tacos were beef, our popcorn paired with Salami, & Cookies + Berry combo with Milk )
