Handmade Birthday Card for My Mom 💕

I used to grab cards off the shelf without thinking until I realized how special it feels to make one by hand.

I painted the cupcake myself with watercolor and built the inside in my usual junk journal style (layered papers, stickers, and memories)

There’s something sacred about slowing down, getting messy with glue and paint, and putting love into something you can hold.

Store bought cards are fine, but handmade ones carry your energy.. they’re art, they’re time, they’re love made tangible.

If you’ve never tried making your own card, this is your sign to. It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence! ☺️
