How to approach the New Year

Naturally with the New Year season in full effect, we all are full of ideas, inspiration, and motivation. A fresh new calendar is a seemingly perfect time for fresh new habits, routines, and goals. But it doesn’t always work out exactly how we expect it to..

From now until March you may find yourself wanting to rest more than anything. You may find it hard to actually get started on working towards the goals on your vision board.

This is OKAY!

Truly we cannot expect ourself to start making things shift and progress until the Spring. Much like every other aspect of nature right now, this cold dead winter is not the time for growth and blooming.

Give yourself time to reset, rest, and plan. The execution will come shortly 🩷✨
