「いちご狩りって食べるだけで終わりがち…」と思っていたんですが、ここは“収穫→作る→食べる”が1セットでできるのが本当に新鮮でした。摘みたてのいちごって、香りが強くて果汁がじゅわっと出るので、スイーツにしたときの満足感が段違い。特に奈良ブランドの古都華は濃厚な甘みとほどよい酸味があって、パンケーキやパフェのクリームに負けない存在感でした。 体験を楽しむコツは、行く時間帯と予約の取り方。私は人が少ない平日に行ったら、ハウスでも調理スペースでも待ち時間がほぼなくて快適でした。週末はどうしても混みやすいみたいなので、ゆっくり写真を撮りたい人や、家族・グループでワイワイ作りたい人は平日予約がおすすめ。トゥクトゥク移動もイベント感があって、子どもも大人もテンションが上がります。 スイーツ作りは「何を作るか」を先にイメージしておくとスムーズ。私はパフェ寄りで、いちごは“映える大粒”と“食べやすいサイズ”を両方摘みました。大粒はトップに、甘みが強い小粒は中に入れると、最後まで味がぼやけません。逆にパンケーキ派なら、少し酸味があるいちごも混ぜると生クリームと合いやすいです。 奈良名物スイーツを探している人にも、この体験はかなりおすすめ。「買って食べる」だけじゃなくて、自分で摘んだいちごで作るから思い出に残りやすいんですよね。しかも施設内のカフェごはんも充実していて、名物のチャーシューエッグ丼はお肉が口の中でとろける柔らかさで、甘いものの合間にちょうどいい“しょっぱい枠”でした。 注意点としては、いちご狩り×スイーツ作り体験は5/31までの期間限定。行けそうな日が決まったら早めに予定を押さえて、当日は動きやすい靴で行くと快適です。最新の料金や空き状況は公式サイト・SNSで確認してから向かうのが安心でした。
