Bedtime Affirmations

✨ Day 26 ✨

I want to apologize for not posting our affirmations on Friday. I was hit with news of the passing of a loved one and needed time to process things. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I am giving myself grace as I navigate this moment.

Root Chakra – I am rooted in divine truth. Fear no longer controls me.

Sacral Chakra – I release shame and embrace the light within me.

Solar Plexus Chakra – My energy is magnetic, and my purpose is undeniable.

Heart Chakra – I am love, and I receive love freely.

Throat Chakra – I express myself with clarity, authenticity, and confidence, knowing that my words have the power to heal, inspire, and transform.

Third Eye Chakra – I trust my intuition.

Crown Chakra – I am infinite, connected, divinely guided, and protected.

I’m surrounded by abundance, wisdom, and miracles. I’m exactly where I am supposed to be.

Sending love to anyone who needs it today. I’ll see you tomorrow.
