📍Blue Daisy - Santa Monica, CA
Tried out Blue Daisy which is a brunch restaurant with Turkish influence in LA. They have tons of wraps, sandwiches, breakfast, and drink options. I actually really enjoyed it and will for sure be going back to try more menu items! The patio is always packed whenever we passed by and I’m glad we finally got to try it out. Worth the hype and no long wait times 🤩🤩
During my visits to Blue Daisy in Santa Monica, I've been consistently impressed by their innovative approach to brunch. The restaurant masterfully blends Turkish flavors into classic breakfast and lunch items, offering a fresh twist that stands out in LA's crowded food scene. One highlight is their range of specialty drinks featuring ceremonial-grade organic matcha, often paired with house-made syrups like pistachio and vanilla bean extract. For example, the Iced Pistachio Matcha and Iced Strawberry Matcha are both refreshing and richly flavored, incorporating flaky sea salt and cold foam for a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Their commitment to quality extends to using plant-based milks such as walnut and pistachio milk from Elmhurst, catering to various dietary preferences. The lively patio atmosphere adds to the experience, providing a vibrant spot to enjoy breakfast or brunch. Unlike many trendy restaurants where waits can be excessive, Blue Daisy maintains a friendly pace allowing you to savor your meal without frustration. For those who enjoy coffee, the menu also highlights unique offerings like Double Macchiato, Chai Latte, and even coffee cocktails such as Espresso Martinis infused with vodka and Baileys. If you're a brunch enthusiast or just looking to explore diverse coffee concoctions, Blue Daisy is a must-try destination in Santa Monica. As a fan of both traditional brunch and innovative drinks, I find Blue Daisy’s merging of Turkish influences with LA's brunch culture refreshing and delightful, making it a spot I'll revisit to explore more of their creative menu options.
