How I Made Mine in This Video:

I used a 32oz mason jar and made 2 cups of liquid, stuffing the jar full of raw green beans. I like mine savory and a little spicy, so I added:

✅ Whole garlic cloves

✅ Fresh dill (a big handful)

✅ Sliced jalapeño (for flavor and using)

✅ Black peppercorns

Basic Brine Ratio:

🔹 1 part vinegar, 1 part water

🔹 1 tbsp salt per 2 cups of liquid (plus a pinch of sugar to balance the heat)

How to Make Them:

1️⃣ Combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

2️⃣ Pack raw, rinsed green beans tightly into a clean glass jar (they’ll soften in the brine).

3️⃣ Add your favorite flavor options—I used garlic, dill, jalapeño, and peppercorns.

4️⃣ Pour the hot brine over the beans, leaving ½ inch of space at the top.

5️⃣ Let cool, seal, and refrigerate. Wait at least 24 hours before eating.

Storage Tip: These stay fresh for up to 2 months—but they never last that long in my fridge. 😉
