🥗 Tuna Mac Salad (1 serving — double for 2x -recommended!)
Dressing:
• 1 tbsp mayo (go lighter/heavier)
• 1 tsp mustard (any)
• 1–2 tsp pickle juice, vinegar, or lemon juice
• ½ tsp dried dill/parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh)
• Salt & pepper to taste
Base:
• ½ can tuna (2 oz, or full can for more protein)
• ¼ cup small dry pasta, cooked
• ¼ cup peas (toss in with pasta last 3–4 min)
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
