Emily’s burger has been making waves, and after hearing all the buzz, I had to check it out! Here’s what I tried:
Emmy Burger ($30+)
The signature burger has a unique alkaline water bun — super crispy at the bottom and soft in the middle. The sweet caramelized onions melt into the juicy, tender beef patty, and the Emmy Sauce is a perfect match. I found the bacon a bit too oily for my taste, but the burger itself was amazing. The fries were the standout — thin, crispy, and incredibly flavorful! 🍟
Chicken Karaage ($18)
If you love Korean fried chicken, you’ll enjoy this. It’s crispy on the outside with a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce, and the chicken is super juicy inside. 💦
Pizzas 🍕
• Emily Pizza ($27) — Mozzarella with a drizzle of honey and crushed pistachios. A good combination, but the crust isn’t my favorite.
• Colony Pizza ($27) — Classic pepperoni pizza, but with a twist of sweetness from the honey. It’s a nice change, though I preferred the Emmy Burger overall.
It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to try something new, but the price is a bit steep for what you get. West Village location might be even better than the BK one.
