Michelin Dining in the Heart of NYC✨Best Dating🫶

Had the loveliest meal at Le Jardinier this week — such a beautiful space and an equally elegant menu. Every course was thoughtfully curated, with seasonal ingredients and refined flavors.

🥗 Starter: Chicory Lettuce Caesar

A light and refreshing twist on the classic Caesar, made with pine nuts, green apple, and shaved parmesan. Crisp, slightly bitter, and perfectly balanced.

🐟 Entrée: Ora King Salmon

Served with caraflex cabbage, a silky potato emulsion, and maitake mushrooms — this was such a standout. The salmon was perfectly cooked and buttery, with deep umami from the maitake.

🍗 (Alt) Green Circle Chicken

For those who went with the chicken, the swiss chard and celery root pairing looked hearty and comforting, with a rich madeira reduction to tie it all together.

🍫 Dessert: Valrhona Guanaja Dark Chocolate Crèmeux

Decadent and dreamy — paired with salted caramel, sabayon, ice cream, and a cocoa nib tuile. A dessert that hits all the textures: smooth, crunchy, cold, and creamy.

Beautifully plated, delicious from start to finish. Definitely one of the most elegant meals I’ve had in the city lately.
