These exercises not only help to loosen stiff muscles but also improve circulation, reduce stress, and prepare you mentally for the day ahead. One effective routine includes tai chi movements that flow smoothly, helping to enhance balance and flexibility. Since tai chi emphasizes mindfulness with each motion, it also contributes to a calm and focused mental state. Another great practice is light stretching targeting major muscle groups, which alleviates stiffness and prevents injury. Incorporating these exercises into a daily morning ritual can lead to lasting benefits. For instance, after a few weeks of consistent practice, I noticed increased energy levels and a heightened sense of well-being. Such morning habits are a gentle way to honor your body's needs, improve your health, and create a positive atmosphere for your entire day.

As someone who wants to build my arms, I’ve found that these three exercises have helped a lot! Bicep curls, hammer curls and rope bicep curls. Thankfully I was blessed with lower body genetics but I do still want to build up my arms, however, since I have no arm genetics, it’s a bit harder to buil
