I love soup in the fall and winter, but the issue is that a lot of times I don’t get enough protein from a soup dinner (I try to aim for at least 30g of protein per meal) but this recipe is way higher in protein then other ones I’ve made and it’s soo good on chilly nights, plus it’s so easy to make
