What I eat for snacks throughout the day/week ⭐️

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FUN/FULFILLING SNACKS?

Above I have documented some of my favorite snacks that I’ve created prior to the 75 HARD challenge, as well as some things that I enjoyed during the challenge. These are also snacks that I still eat to this day. In some of my pictures above I have included a few older pictures such as my chicken salad and tuna salad recipe. I made both of those dishes, not too long ago, but did not think to take pictures at the time for lemon8 But on my Instagram I just took a screenshot from my reels.

The list of snacks below are in order in reference to the pictures above

1. Chocolate and peanut butter covered bananas 🍌

2. Tuna salad ( I eat these with crackers or I’ll make a tuna sandwich for lunch)

3. Grapes mixed with strawberry yogurt and brown sugar ( sometimes I put granola and honey)🍯 🍇

5. Blueberry hemp granola

6. Chicken salad (comment if you would like the full recipe)

7. Plain Grapes (less natural sugar in comparison to bananas/strawberries)

8. Thin crispy, chocolate chip cookies (late night sweet treat) 🍪

9. Beef jerky/ slim Jim’s (I eat like 2 before the gym on glute or leg day)

10. Frozen yogurt (toppings to your liking!)
