Chicken Breast or Chicken Tenderloins

Red peppers

Green peppers

Yellow onion

Fresh Garlic

Heavy whipping cream

Cream cheese

Fresh Parmesan

Veggie ( Spinach or Broccoli )

Garlic Powder

Onion powder

Seasoning salt

⭐️Here’s a simple and delicious homemade Chicken Alfredo recipe⭐️

⭐️For the chicken:

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• Onion powder

• 1 tbsp olive oil

⭐️For the Alfredo sauce:

• 2 tbsp butter

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1½ cups heavy cream

• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper , onion powder,

• Tsp garlic powder

• ½ cup pasta water (if needed for thinning the sauce)

⭐️For the pasta:

• 12 oz fettuccine pasta

• 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)

• Olive oil 🫒

Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).

4. Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

2. Cook the Pasta

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

3. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce

1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Pour in heavy cream and stir, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4. Lower the heat and gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.

5. Season with salt, pepper,

6. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

4. Combine Everything

1. Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.

2. Top with sliced chicken and mix gently.
