Hey I'm Tali

Hi, I’m new here — and I’m not your “perfect routine” kind of mum 🩷

I’m a single mum to a little girl, and I have ADHD

so my life is a mix of structure, chaos, hyper-focus, and “just doing my best” days.

Some days I’m meal prepping, training, on top of everything.

Other days I’m overstimulated, tired, and learning to give myself grace.

I'm learning as I go with parenting and with life.

But I’ve learned this:

The gym is my safe space - it keeps me grounded and helps me regulate.

Food isn’t something I control — it’s how I nourish myself.

Healing is a process and takes time.

Self care is just as important as caring for others 🌸

Everything I do is about raising a strong, kind girl…

and becoming that woman myself.

If you’re figuring it out as you go too — you’ll fit in here 🤍

... Read moreLiving with ADHD as a single mum adds unique challenges to the daily parenting routine, but it also brings unexpected strengths. In my experience, embracing flexibility instead of chasing perfection is key. Some days, the structure I try to maintain helps me hyper-focus on meal prepping and training, giving me a sense of accomplishment and routine. Other days, sensory overload and fatigue take the lead, teaching me the importance of giving myself permission to rest and practice self-compassion. The gym has become more than a fitness space; it’s a sanctuary where I can regulate my emotions, release stress, and regain calm. Physical activity not only benefits my body but also helps me manage ADHD symptoms better, improving focus and reducing anxiety. Similarly, approaching food as nourishment instead of control transforms eating into a positive, mindful practice, which supports overall wellness for me and my daughter. Healing is a journey without a fixed timeline. Recognizing that both parenting and personal growth involve ongoing learning reduces the pressure to have everything figured out. I aim to model kindness, resilience, and self-care for my daughter, hoping to raise a strong young woman grounded in empathy and confidence. For anyone else navigating life and parenting with ADHD, know that imperfection is okay, and building a supportive, understanding community can make all the difference.

Start Masking! ✨
Hey y’all. Just here to share my weekly masking routine. Ever since I’ve started masking, I’ve seen a big change in my skin. It’s more glowy, soft & plump. Also I been having very little chin breakouts. The chin breakout use to be my worst enemy, but masking been helping with that a lot. #mask

A four-panel collage displays celebrity women: Sydney Sweeney, Amanda Seyfried, Dakota Fanning, and Emma Roberts, with the overlay text "who chat gpt says I look like."
who chat gpt says I look like✨
This was so fun and easy to do!! I am honored gpt thinks I look like these beautiful women 😂 If you go to chatgpt you can click on the side where it says “explore gpt” and type in “find my celebrity lookalike”! You’ll then upload a photo and ask it for 4 celebrities you look the most like! T
