Check out Egg Bar in Dearborn Michigan
New Breakfast Egg Sandwich Spot!
If you love Egg Tuck or EggSlut, you will love Egg Bar! They use Japanese Milk Bread over Brioche buns, which is so much better imo! Their bread is so soft and grilled to perfection!
Steak and Eggs cost $19, Mushroom Swiss $14.
A little pricey but the quality is there. Eggs were so soft and creamy, I like that they didn't didn't just scramble and put them in so it was easy to eat.
I'm so coming back next time to try their other sandwiches.
Coffee was ok, I also tried the Berry Breeze with 📍coconut milk. It's good but at $8, I'll skip it next time.

📍Egg Bar, 22370 Michigan Ave Unit E, Dearborn Michigan
As a self-proclaimed foodie always on the hunt for the next great breakfast spot, discovering Egg Bar in Dearborn, Michigan, was an absolute treat! While my original review touched on the highlights, there's so much more to share about what makes this place a must-visit for anyone craving a truly elevated egg sandwich experience in the Detroit area. First off, let's talk about their game-changing Japanese Milk Bread. If you've only ever had egg sandwiches on brioche or regular buns, prepare for a revelation. This bread is incredibly soft, light, and has a subtle sweetness that perfectly complements the savory fillings. It's toasted just enough to give it a delicate crispness on the outside while remaining impossibly fluffy within. It truly sets their sandwiches apart and makes every bite a melt-in-your-mouth experience. This unique choice of bread is a huge factor in why I rated them so highly. Beyond the bread, the quality of the ingredients truly shines. The eggs are consistently cooked to perfection – unbelievably soft and creamy, never rubbery or overdone. It's clear they take pride in their technique, and that attention to detail elevates a simple egg sandwich into something gourmet. I personally loved the 'Steak and Eggs' sandwich, which, as you can see from the pictures, is generously loaded with tender steak and a vibrant topping. The 'Mushroom Swiss' was equally impressive, with earthy mushrooms beautifully contrasting the rich egg. These aren't your average drive-thru breakfast items; they're thoughtfully crafted meals. While the prices might seem a little higher ($19 for Steak and Eggs, $14 for Mushroom Swiss), I genuinely feel the quality justifies the cost. You're paying for premium ingredients, expert preparation, and a unique culinary experience that you won't find just anywhere. When you consider the portion size and the rich flavors, it feels like a worthwhile indulgence for a special breakfast or brunch. The drink menu also offers interesting choices. While the coffee was good, the "Berry Bliss" drink, served in a clear cup as seen in the images, made with coconut milk, is a fantastic refreshing option, especially if you're looking for something sweet and non-coffee based. At $8, it's a splurge, but it adds to the overall delightful experience. For those familiar with popular egg-centric spots like Egg Tuck or EggSlut, Egg Bar brings a similar dedication to quality and innovative egg dishes but with its own distinct Dearborn flair and that incredible Japanese Milk Bread twist. It's a fantastic addition to the Dearborn Michigan food scene, offering a fresh take on breakfast. My top tip remains: download their app! Getting $5 off your first order makes trying out their menu even more appealing. Whether you're a local or just passing through, if you're looking for breakfast in Dearborn Michigan, Egg Bar is absolutely worth seeking out. It's more than just an egg sandwich; it's a delightful culinary adventure.
