Authentic Korean Cuisine in Michigan
Bibimbab in Novi is one of the first Korean restaurant Michigan to have Dak Galbi. The meat is marinated overnight and served on a huge plate with melted cheese. I've had this once in Seoul and i was excited to have this again in Michigan! It tastes so good!
Their Galbi Tang is also a huge favorite, the broth is so flavorful and the short rib is really tender! Their Korean steamed egg is also delicious! It's fluffy and soft and it was so good together with their beef bibimbap
I saw they have Bossam and even marinated raw crabs on their menu so I'll definitely be back to try that next time!
