Trying Michigan's first Bojangles

Trying Bojangles for the first time! 🤠🍗

Was road tripping to Grand Rapids and spotted Bojangles on 28th St! I’m pretty sure this is the only Bojangles in Michigan?!

Turns out they serve breakfast all day, so I got the biscuit sandwich and wow, it was GOOD. The buttermilk biscuit was perfectly crumbly on the outside, but fluffy and soft inside. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and honestly everything hit.

Also tried their legendary iced tea and peach cobbler, both were so good

Now I need them to open a location in Metro Detroit ASAP because I’m already craving for more

As someone who enjoys exploring new food spots during road trips, stumbling upon Bojangles in Wyoming, Michigan, felt like discovering a hidden gem. One thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to quality, especially with their legendary iced tea that you can tell is steeped with care, giving it a rich and refreshing flavor that pairs perfectly with their crispy fried chicken. The buttermilk biscuit sandwich was another highlight — the biscuit had this perfect texture where it was crumbly on the outside yet soft and fluffy inside, something that’s really hard to find elsewhere. The chicken itself was juicy and seasoned just right, making each bite satisfying. Plus, the fact that Bojangles offers breakfast all day was a bonus because it meant I could enjoy my favorite breakfast sandwich without worrying about the time. To complement the meal, the peach cobbler was a sweet finish that definitely didn’t disappoint. It had just the right amount of sweetness and warmth, reminding me why southern comfort desserts are so beloved. For anyone in Michigan or passing through Grand Rapids, stopping by Bojangles on 28th Street is worth it, especially if you crave well-made southern fried chicken and biscuits. I’m crossing my fingers they open a spot closer to Metro Detroit soon because I’d love to enjoy their meals more frequently without a long drive! If you’re a fan of southern fried chicken and good iced tea, Bojangles might quickly become your go-to spot. The combination of delicious flavors and friendly vibes makes it more than just a meal—it's an experience you want to revisit.
