イオンラウンジはイオン株主優待の特典として人気がありますが、実際に利用する際にはいくつか注意すべきポイントがあります。私も初めて利用した際に、場所がわからず遅刻してしまった経験があります。予約ページにマップ案内がないため、事前に店舗の場所をしっかり調べておくことが大切です。予約はiAEONアプリから行い、チェックインQRコードの提示が必要ですので準備しましょう。 利用時間は一回につき最大30分とされていますが、これはチェックインの時間からの30分ではなく、予約枠の終了時間までとなっているため注意が必要です。また、チェックインは予約枠終了の5分前までに行わないと入室できません。私はこれを把握しておらず、ほとんど終了時間間際に到着してしまい、ラウンジの中の様子を見ることができませんでした。 ラウンジ内部は写真で見るイメージとは異なり、私が利用した店舗は窓もなく閉塞感がありましたが、温度湿度がしっかり管理されており空気は非常に快適でした。ドリンクバーも利用できますが、野菜ジュースなどクセのあるドリンクは試飲感覚で楽しむのがよいでしょう。 利用中に操作に戸惑っていたところ、店員さんが優しくサポートしてくださり、次の時間帯に無料で予約を取り直してもらえて感謝しています。こうしたスタッフの対応も心強いポイントです。 株価が大きく変動していますが、株主として特典を活用しながら長期的に保有し、今後もイオン株主優待を楽しみたいと思います。イオンラウンジを便利に使いこなすためには、予約方法や利用ルールを事前にしっかり理解し、時間に余裕を持って来店することをおすすめします。
