What I have learned is positive self talk will help alter your reality! Meditation helps me visualize the reality I want to create. What you think you create….
Yes you ( and I) have what it takes, this is challenging but pressure makes diamonds!
I may have missed “that” opportunity but what is for me is already mine!
2024 was probably a challenge for us all but I foresee a light at the end of the tunnel!
