Film review: Gum Ma We
Many episodes of horror movies are intertwined or not. In this part, we have seen all ages, whether Thai or foreign, but the thing that makes you want to see this movie is that I personally like horror movies already. The more it is a collaborative movie between Thai-Malaysian filmmakers. Personally, I hope to see what it looks like for Kam Ma We (Karma Force). 👌 All 4 episodes will be a short review, easy to understand. 🎬
Episode 1: Nursing Line: He intended us to be confused by the opening of the story when the heroine was faced with an explosion in the factory. After that, the movie made out well in the story. Confused. But inviting the answer to why the heroine who was a nurse grew up and had a soul following and a request for a story, including the uncle that the heroine had to take care of all the time. There will be a few hallucinations. The storytelling proportion is made out to be scary. There is a question to find an answer. All characters are worth this time. The weakness is that there is not much time to understand, but the weight is fast at the end. Let's go: 6 / 10
Part 2: Sin: Now the storytelling idea is concise, interesting, the presentation is good, with the protagonist who wants to communicate with the spirit of the family and has to rely on two characters who can take the heroine to communicate with the spirit by using the phone to communicate with the spirit. The heroine plays well. The idea by using a mobile phone to talk to the personal spirit is like, and it gives us a chance to play with the main content, "What happened to the heroine's family" until we know the truth that is the point of understanding along with the heroine, "Why did you do that?" Especially the scary scene does. The character of this episode is very good. Enjoy the storyline rather than the shock scene. Observe is the reason the heroine decides to handle things, the weight is low, the rhythm is confusing, and then forgets to crush people to understand at some point 6.5 / 10.
Part 3: The Exorcist: It's an episode with an easy understanding. Tell directly to the family whose father is a terrible exorcist. You have to plan to run away from home, but the big girl who wants to play the old lover who made her hurt. You have to rely on the exorcist. The main character is easy to understand, especially the ritual. He intended to see the brutality with his daughter. With the son of the father, the doctor who planned to take back the father. Very interesting. How to end it. The actor played very well, but the weakness of the episode is that he opened to an easy-to-guess ending. The excitement was a little too small in spite of the crushing until we won. And then literally 6 / 10.
Part 4: Three of Us: It's a personal story that's extremely diverse, a fun narrative with two characters, a couple who go up the hill to defend themselves to a friend who has died, but there's more to it than that, a very interesting narrative, a great fun story with the script and the actors, because some of the content is letting us know, so it's not a point of understanding, but! He's interesting how the characters, especially the heroes, are going to deal with the secrets kept, seeing this part as the fun point of the movie until the scary scene is fun. Mixed with the hilarity put in until the end, he surprises the audience wisely. Although the weakness is obvious, he reduces the horror of the ghost story, the focus is mainly on the relationship, plus some of the parts he answers. It makes some of the episodes not as exciting as they should be. 6.5 / 10
สำหรับผู้ที่ชื่นชอบหนังแนวสยองขวัญและเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับแรงกรรม กัม มะ เว คะ ถือเป็นภาพยนตร์ที่แตกต่างและน่าติดตามไม่น้อย ผมได้มีโอกาสดูหนังเรื่องนี้และขอแชร์ประสบการณ์ตรงจากการรับชมให้ทราบกันครับ หนังเรื่องนี้มีความน่าสนใจตรงที่เป็นการร่วมมือระหว่างผู้สร้างจากไทยและมาเลเซีย ซึ่งทำให้ได้กลิ่นอายและวัฒนธรรมในแบบที่หลากหลายแต่ยังคงอารมณ์หนังผีน่ากลัวได้ดี ความรู้สึกตอนดูแต่ละตอนจะแตกต่างกันแต่ก็ผสมผสานกันอย่างลงตัว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นฉากลึกลับ ความตึงเครียด หรือความสัมพันธ์ของตัวละครที่สะท้อนใจ สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือการเล่าเรื่องที่มีความแปลกใหม่ เช่น การนำเสนอตอนทวงบาปที่ใช้โทรศัพท์ในการสื่อสารกับวิญญาณ ซึ่งสร้างความรู้สึกแปลกใหม่และทำให้รู้สึกลุ้นติดตามมากขึ้น ส่วนตอนหมอผีที่เน้นพิธีกรรมและความเฮี้ยนแบบตรงไปตรงมา ก็ทำให้คนดูรู้สึกถึงความโหดและความลึกลับแบบชัดเจน อย่างไรก็ตาม ตัวหนังเองมีจุดอ่อนที่เห็นได้ชัด เช่น บางตอนเน้นความเร็วเล่าเรื่องที่ทำให้รายละเอียดถูกละเลยจนบางจุดไม่ค่อยมีน้ำหนักและความลึก เช่นในตอนสายพยาบาลที่จบไวเกินไป หรือฉากจบตอนหมอผีที่คาดเดาได้ง่าย ทำให้ความน่าติดตามลดลงไปบ้าง แต่โดยรวมแล้ว กัม มะ เว คะ คือหนังผีที่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบลุ้นและติดตามเรื่องราวหลายมุมมองไปพร้อมกัน และยังชื่นชมการนำเสนอแบบหลากหลาย ตั้งแต่ความน่ากลัวแบบดั้งเดิมจนถึงความซับซ้อนของความสัมพันธ์และกรรมที่ตามมา เป็นหนังที่ทำให้ผมรู้สึกถึงพลังของเรื่องกรรมและความเชื่อในวัฒนธรรมไทย-มาเลเซียอย่างลึกซึ้งครับ สำหรับใครที่สนใจหนังผีไทยปี 2026 และอยากหาเรื่องที่ให้อารมณ์หลอนแต่มีเรื่องราวดี กัม มะ เว คะ น่าจะเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีอย่างยิ่ง
