Easiest way to use up your veggies!!

I love to make this sticky, garlic/honey/soy sauce stir fry at the end of the week to use up all of my veggies from the week! It comes to together so easily and it’s delicious. This week I used broccoli, asparagus, red bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and summer squash with chicken and served it with rice pilaf but it’s great over white or brown rice too!

🔹Ingredients:

• any veggies you want

• chicken or any other protein you want to use this is great with shrimp too

• 1/4 cup soy sauce

• 1/4 cup honey

• 2 tsp cornstarch

• 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

• 1/2 tsp ginger powder

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• salt and pepper to taste

🔹Directions:

1. Chop and prep all of your veggies and chicken

2. In a pan heat olive oil and brown your minced garlic

3. Then add chicken to brown and cook

4. Add veggies to start cooking them down with the chicken

5. In a separate bowl whisk together the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

6. Once chicken is almost cooked and veggies are soft, add the sauce mixture and stir until thick and bubbly

7. When everything comes together and is cooked through, serve with rice and top with green onions if you want!
