ผมอยากแชร์ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ไปลองทานอาหารที่ร้าน C’est ici บนชั้น 2 ของตึก Cove Hill ในย่านเจริญกรุง 70 ร้านนี้เป็นที่โดดเด่นที่ความหลากหลายของเมนู ทั้งอาหารญี่ปุ่นและยุโรปที่ถูกผสมผสานอย่างลงตัว เชฟของที่นี่ดูใส่ใจในรายละเอียดทุกขั้นตอน การเลือกใช้วัตถุดิบเกรดดี ทำให้รสชาติของอาหารทุกจานโดดเด่นมาก โดยเฉพาะฟัวกราส์และซูชิที่มีขนาดคำใหญ่ สร้างความประทับใจให้กับผมอย่างมาก เมนูปลาดิบที่เชฟเสิร์ฟมานั้น สดและนุ่มลิ้น เพราะเชฟเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์การเป็น Executive chef มาจากร้านซูชิชื่อดังที่ชิคาโกถึง 10 ปี ทำให้มั่นใจในรสชาติและคุณภาพที่ออกมาทุกจาน อีกจุดที่ประทับใจคือการตั้งอยู่ในโครงการ Cove Hill ทำให้สะดวกในการจอดรถและเดินทาง เนื่องจากใกล้ BTS สถานีตากสิน และมีทางด่วนที่เข้าถึงง่าย หากใครวางแผนจะพาครอบครัวหรือเพื่อนฝูงมาทาน ควรมาเป็นแก๊ง เพราะมีเมนูให้เลือกเยอะมาก ช่วยให้เลือกสรรได้หลากหลายและอิ่มจุใจ สุดท้ายผมอยากแนะนำว่าการมาลองฟัวกราส์และซูชิที่นี่ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่คุ้มค่าและน่าจดจำ หากชอบอาหารญี่ปุ่นและยุโรปรสชาติดีๆ ร้านนี้ไม่ทำให้คุณผิดหวังแน่นอน
