i’ve been seeing a lottt of posts lately with health tips/advice

though there’s nothing wrong with sharing pro tips and help, I always wanna caution people against using the internet as medical advice ❕❗️

some people share their personal experience in hopes of helping others & that’s rad! may not work for everyone and that’s ok

some people *accidentally* share misinformation and it happens

some people *intentionally* share misinformation that may seem legit for any number of reasons… 😒

just be careful out there

nothing wrong with tryna learn more! just remember your primary care provider knows your health better than webmd or a random influencer, so PLEASE take online health tips/advice with a bigggg grain of salt
