Ingredients:

2 half-ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

Chilli flakes or 1-2 hot peppers (like Scotch Bonnet), finely chopped

1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

Salt to taste

A dash of black pepper

Optional: a pinch of sugar

Instructions:

Prep the Mangoes: Peel and slice the mangoes into bite-sized pieces. You want them to be slightly firm, not too ripe, for that perfect crunch.
