I am super proud of my body for the changes it has went through, I have MANY days even today where I feel fluffy and just no progress. This is where pictures play a big part in where you started and where you are. I still have a long ways to go to get to my goal body, but for now, l'm super proud of this one. When I started in February of 2024, I decided that eating 900-1000 calories was going to be the deal for me to lose the weight... I did. I lost 20lbs within a year.. but guess what? It didn't leave me with visible muscle and what my ideal goal body would have been, it left me VERY fatigued every day... it left me binge eating at night because I was starving myself.... It left me looking "skinny fat." I am working on that now, eating consistently at 1900 calories. Nearly 1000 calories more than I was eating and losing still. Do not starve yourself. The things I'm most proud of;

Failing~ because that taught me the things I needed to change in order for this to work.

Showing up~ because there's been many days where I haven't wanted to, but did.

Taking the pictures~ I felt fat so I didn't want to, progress is easier to look at with old pictures. TAKE THE PICTURES.

Staying and doing more some days~ because my brain tells me to leave, but there's more I need to do.

Most of all STAYING CONSISTENT.

You've got this, you can do it just set your mind to it and once you see changes, end game. You won't want to quit. I have faith in you. 💪🏻
