Growing up knowing that effort alone is not enough in the real world.
The other day, we dismantled the hard disk and accidentally found a picture that was taken with Em when doing Nanno Season 2 together, and then came to sit down and think about learning something with the keyword "try."
In the past, we believed that if we tried hard, everything would get good results, but when we really grew up, we found that there were people who tried less but got more opportunities, people who weren't better but got farther.
And there were times when we were fully done, but the results weren't quite what we hoped at the time. But finally, we understood that the real world wasn't that fair, and that effort may not be the only thing that got us to our goal. There are also matters of rhythm, opportunity, people and environment.
Growing up knows that trying is still important, but choosing the right way can be equally important, and sometimes going further is not just trying harder, but trying to get in the right place.
P.S. Come back to Em, very happy that Em is famous. The other person that we cheer is Eeng Eeng, the heroine of the movie human resources. Used to work with Eeng Eeng on the trait, so I intend and play very well. I want him to be more famous.

เมื่อโตขึ้น ผมพบว่าความพยายามเพียงอย่างเดียวไม่ใช่คำตอบสุดท้ายในการเดินทางไปสู่ความสำเร็จ หลายครั้งที่เราทุ่มเทเต็มที่แต่ผลลัพธ์ก็ยังไม่เป็นไปตามที่หวัง สิ่งเหล่านี้ทำให้ผมเริ่มมองเห็นมุมมองใหม่ที่คนจำนวนมากมองข้ามไป นั่นคือ "จังหวะ" และ "โอกาส" สิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ง่าย ๆ แต่ก็มีผลสำคัญกับความสำเร็จอย่างมาก บางคนพยายามน้อยกว่าแต่มีโอกาสที่ดีเข้ามา คนที่ไม่ได้เก่งสุดแต่ก็สามารถไปได้ไกลกว่าเพราะอยู่ในจังหวะที่เหมาะสม หรือติดอยู่กับสภาพแวดล้อมและคนรอบข้างที่ช่วยผลักดันให้เติบโต กับอีกหลายคนก็พบว่าการพยายามเท่านั้นก็อาจไม่พอ ต้องรู้จักเลือกทางที่ถูกต้องและให้ความสำคัญกับการทำงานอย่างมีทิศทาง จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การที่เคยเห็นภาพเก่า ๆ กับพี่เอมสมัยทำแนนโน๊ะซีซั่น 2 ทำให้ผมคิดได้ว่า "ความพยายามอย่างเดียวไม่เพียงพอ" การได้เข้าสู่สภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี คนที่เชื่อมั่นในเรา และจับจังหวะโอกาสเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญไม่น้อยไปกว่าการทำงานหนัก การพยายามอย่างมีเป้าหมายและอยู่ในทางที่เหมาะสมจะช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสให้เราประสบความสำเร็จอย่างแท้จริง ไม่ใช่แค่การทำอะไรซ้ำ ๆ หรือมุ่งมั่นโดยไม่มีแผน การเรียนรู้ที่จะสังเกตและปรับตัวตามสถานการณ์จะเป็นสิ่งที่ช่วยให้เราเติบโตอย่างถูกทาง ดังนั้น อย่าหมดหวังหากผลลัพธ์ไม่ตรงใจ แต่อย่าหยุดเรียนรู้ จงหมั่นปรับตัว ค้นหาทางที่เหมาะสม และเปิดใจรับโอกาสใหม่ ๆ ที่อาจเข้ามาเสมอ เพราะบางครั้งความสำเร็จต้องมาพร้อมกับจังหวะที่ใช่ด้วยเช่นกัน สุดท้ายผมอยากชื่นชมพี่เอมและพี่เอิงเอยในวงการที่ผมเคยร่วมงานด้วย ดูแลตัวเองและพยายามอย่างถูกที่ถูกทาง นี่คือบทเรียนสำคัญของชีวิตที่ผมไม่เคยลืม
