Many dads, including myself, found free checklists and guides invaluable. It helped me feel confident in the role I played and deepened my connection with my wife during a transformative time. Ultimately, being proactive, listening closely, and offering thoughtful support shows your partner that you’re truly present in this journey with her. It’s a learning process but one that greatly strengthens your partnership and prepares you both for parenthood.
