Boil your noodles for 10 min, I like to add olive oil in while it’s boiling.

In a separate pan or the same one once you dump the noodles out:

Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream

Add about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Stir until all the tomato paste is mixed in

Add salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder (or chopped onions), garlic powder (or minced garlic), and red pepper flakes

Once you mix in the spices add your drained noodles into the pan and mix the sauce through add shredded mozzarella cheese to the top
