Ingredients 🛒

• 3/4 cup greek yogurt

• 1 garlic clove, grated

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tbsp garlic olive oil

• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

• 2 soft boiled eggs

• 1.5 tbsp unsalted butter

• 1 tsp Aleppo pepper

• 1 tsp parsley, chopped

• 1 tsp za’atar

Directions ✍️

• Into a heatproof dish add the greek yogurt and mix in the garlic and salt.

• Over a double boiler place the greek yogurt bowl over the heat and stir constantly to warm through. Set bowl aside.

• Into a saucepan, pour in the garlic olive oil over high heat. Add in the cherry tomatoes. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper. Allow to cook until the tomatoes are bursting - about 12-15 minutes.

• Soft boil the eggs in a small saucepan. Boil eggs for 7 minutes and then place into a bowl with ice and water to cool. Peel eggs after 5 minutes of being in the water and set aside.

• Place greek yogurt into a bowl and spread all around. Place all the tomatoes into the bowl.

• Into the same pan that you cooked the tomatoes in, add the butter along with the Aleppo pepper. Allow to sizzle and cook, about 3 minutes.

• Place peeled eggs into the dish with the greek yogurt and tomatoes. Pour the Aleppo pepper butter sauce over everything.

• Scatter with parsley and za’atar all over the dish and serve with toasted-buttered bread.
