Brain Breaks 🧠
When you’re at work, the day can seem like it drones on forever and your brain has trouble focusing. Not only that but with so much work being done on computers, it can put a strain on your eyes.
One of my favorite ways to give myself a brain break is to keep a small word search book with me and take a few minutes to work on it! It’s a break from screens and it gives my brain and eyes something different to focus on!
I won’t sit and do a full word search, I set a timer for a few minutes and normally feel refreshed and ready to go back to work! This word search was $1.25 at the Dollar Tree and I love it!

I love this idea- I agree, we need mental breaks during work time, we can’t constantly be working for 8 - 12 hours and be full speed the whole time! I hate that “if you can lean you can clean” thing. Like, just give me two minutes to refresh my brain please! 😂
