trying self tanning drops on my sensitive face 😅
as we now approach the dead of winter, I couldn’t take the pale anymore and decided IT WAS TIME to break out the SELF TANNER!! 🌞
you can use a lot of this product with less moisturizer and get a much deeper tan, but I was going for just a radiant look so I have more of a healthy glow!

****this is a vegan product + cruelty free BUT if you have sensitive skin or allergies, always check the label! make sure to carry out a patch test, and avoid it on broken, irritated, or hypersensitive skin!!
SMELL: it has a perfume smell when you first put it on, but eventually it does evolve into that self tanner smell that we all have a love/hate relationship with 😔
SENSITIVITY: this is the biggest one for me, because a lot of self tanners on my face will break me out. I have super sensitive and I have a lot of face allergies. but this self tanner has never made me break out or upset my sensitive skin. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT THOUGH. sometimes you do get a little bit of the tanning in your pores, which makes them a little bit darker. 🕶️
APPLICATION: it’s super easy to just add it to your moisturizer, mix it together, and put it on your face. since you should be moisturizing everyday anyways ;) i did it overnight, but if you’re worried about it, you can do it during the daytime so you can watch it develop. 🧴
RESULTS: it’s hard to tell in the pictures, but my face definitely looks a lot glowier. it’s definitely not a super dark or noticeable tan, but that’s because I opted to only use a drop or two of it with some very heavy moisturizer. I think overall it is a good product for a sensitive skin, but I would definitely be open to trying a different one. ✨
