Crochet stitch charts can be incredibly confusing to read, especially when just starting out. I, myself did not know how to read them until I sat down and forced myself to go through every stitch in the chart. I did not include the first few stitches because I felt they are more commonly known and would have taken up space as you can only have 10 pictures within one post.
