Start by incorporating gentle foaming cleansers into your routine, as they help to remove impurities without stripping the skin of its natural oils. Look for ingredients like salicylic acid or tea tree oil in your products, as these have proven benefits in combating blemishes. Additionally, consistency is key; stick to your skincare routine and give products a few weeks to show results. Don’t forget to moisturize! Even if you have oily skin, a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer is crucial for maintaining healthy skin. Regular exfoliation can also help to prevent clogged pores, so consider adding a gentle exfoliator to your weekly routine. Hydration plays a significant role, too, as it helps to keep skin resilient and clear. Finally, avoid picking at blemishes, as this can lead to scarring and make them worse. Instead, use spot treatments to target specific areas. Embrace these tips to take control of your blemish-prone skin and feel confident in your complexion.

I use this and love it. Don't sleep on this, especially if you have blemishes and dark marks. I've just starting using the calming line in the Lavender boxes because one of the checkout ladies spoke great things about it. It puts me out, I sleep so well and my skin feels and looks refreshed the next morning as well.
