This initiative saw a surge of over 2,500 new educators joining the drive this year, demonstrating a growing global commitment to enhancing teaching practices and student learning experiences. Many educators shared their favorite resources that helped them manage classrooms more effectively and engage students in meaningful ways. Among the standout tools were resources focused on behavioral management, such as the "Stop the Blurt" classroom management program. Teachers reported success using this to foster more positive interactions and reduce disruptions. Another key highlight was the availability of leveled reading passages for grades 1 through 5, paired with editable daily slides including "Questions of the Day" designed to foster critical thinking and consistent classroom routines. Seasonal activities, games, and crafts tailored for elementary grades also proved highly popular, providing teachers with creative ways to maintain student interest and engagement throughout the year. Feedback from classrooms revealed that these resources not only saved planning time but also supported small, engaged groups and helped teachers walk into class feeling more prepared. For example, one teacher praised the "secret student" strategy, explaining that it transformed classroom management by promoting positive behavior recognition and minimizing conflicts. The drive collectively produced over 23,000 pages of new teaching materials in 2025 alone, reflecting a massive collaborative effort among educators to build a rich resource library. Many classrooms displayed colorful and positive visual elements like the “Rainbow Bulletin Board” and warm affirmations, contributing to a nurturing environment particularly beneficial for young learners and those with diverse learning needs, including autism and learning difficulties.
