I also use visual supports like the "Whoa Board," where students earn spots by showing positive behavior, leading to shared rewards like extra recess or dance breaks. This method highlights good examples and motivates everyone to follow suit. For students who need more individualized support, an editable checkmark chart allows tracking specific behaviors weekly. Setting attainable goals and linking them to small rewards promote personal accountability and growth while providing useful data to guide intervention.
