Additionally, I never forget my headphones for an energizing playlist to keep me motivated. Personal hygiene is also important; thus, I pack deodorant and lotion to refresh after my workout. Lastly, having extras like hair ties and a shaker for pre-workout drinks is crucial for staying organized and prepared. These essentials not only boost my performance but also ensure I'm ready to tackle the session with confidence.
