As someone who has PCOS and Endometriosis these are supplements I take:
Maca- 1 pill a day
Helps mood and anxiety, boost energy, regulate menstrual cycles, and improve fertility
Evening Primrose Oil- 1 pill a Day
Helps balance hormones, anti-inflammatory, helps cervical mucus to improve fertility
Prenatal Vitamin- 1 pill a day
Take this before ttc, during ttc, and while pregnant, provides vital nutrients that support healthy egg growth, and helps over all reproductive health
Folate- 1 pill a day
Folate is technically B9 Vitamin, essential for regulating ovulation and improving chances of pregnancy, yes prenatal has folate but this helps aside from prenatal
CoQ10- 1 pill a day
Improves insulin resistance, hormone balance, improved egg quality, reduce inflammation and stress, improve mood
Myo-Inositol - 2 pills a day (PCOS needs a total of 4000mg to help minimum)
Improves insulin sensitivity, regulate hormones and ovulation, support fertility, helps you lose weight and manage your weight
I also take prescribed Metformin 2,000mg
As well as cinnamon 500mg 2 pills 1x daily and
Blood sugar support 500mg 2 pills 1x ( 500 chromium and 500 berberine, 300mg cinnamon) daily however do not take these two if you become pregnant! They both help with blood sugars and weight loss :-)
