💜 It is not the LGBT+ community that owes an actual whopping ONE BILLION DOLLARS to former child victims of SA. That responsibility has been issued to a Catholic Church in LA. Just saying.
💚LGBT+ people make THE best bosses (my own experience, and Im pretty sure many others can say the same). Ive had three gay male bosses and one lesbian boss (she looked tough but was HELLA nice and had the best humor). All of them were very kind, wonderful listeners and supported their employees.
❤️ Its okay to look around and realize that “the gays” are actually not to blame for the majority of our issues. It has always been indifference and greed. Erasure causes conflict bc one is literally telling a vulnerable group of people to stop existing—and they can’t.
💜 No one told you to like anything LGBT-related, only to respect their humanity. Dont complain ab how you dislike Pride then go watch a Lil Nas X video or Drag show just so you can rage about what you saw. Liiikeeeee..? You good?👀
💙 If you claim to be Christian but hate people and support policies that execute LGBT people (MAGA is floating this idea), you have not studied the character of Christ and need to look yourself over. Very hard. I’d be happy to break this down sometime later.
💚You dont have to do or be anything LGBT-related to be an ally😂😂😂😂 Some people really think that having a gay friend or attending a pride parade “makes you gay.” Girl, BYEEEEE all the way! 😂😂😂😂😂 You should think about that the next time the LGBT rush to defend your ass in the club, on the job, or if they help save your life in the ER. They arent worried ab “catching straightness.” 😂😂😂😂

While discussing Catholic Church scandals related to abuse, it's essential to differentiate between systemic failures and individuals within the LGBT+ community, who usually advocate for compassion and equity. Moreover, as we embrace conversations about identity and belonging, we must challenge societal norms about masculinity, femininity, and leadership. Studies reflect that diverse work environments often yield better performance; LGBT+ individuals historically bring unique insights and empathy, making them exemplary leaders. This month, let’s take time to check on each other, foster joy, and ensure we uplift the voices of marginalized peoples. Every gesture of support promotes a stronger, united community. Whether through social media engagement, open dialogue, or participation in local events, each of us can contribute to a positive change. Remember, being an ally doesn’t require you to be part of the LGBT+ community; it simply demands respect for humanity.
