Looking into clip on earrings after tough piercing

Hi all!

After a couple failed attempts of using my pierced ears. I have totally given up… I had pierced my ears when I was just a baby, according to my mom. But have been afraid to use ANY earrings until I was about 17 for my senior prom.

Starting my earring journey, I first went to Claires to help me put earrings in & the worker tried FORCING the earring into my right ear, which HURT! I should have excepted that. But when I went to a professional piercer, didn’t even feel a thing! They had me keep my earrings in for 3 days straight as it was my first time in 17 years. I followed the instructions for three days before switching them out. It was fine until my dog started playing a little too rough and tugged on my right ear.

I swear after that, I just can’t get an earring into my right ear without it swelling or hurting. So at this point I need help with finding brands for clip on earrings with good material! Any recommendations would be nice.

Clip-on earrings are an excellent alternative, offering style without discomfort. surgical steel, titanium, real gold, or real silver, i would recommend going back to the professional piercer (or a tattoo/ piercing shop if that's not where you already went) and ask them to take a look at the piercing itself, your hole may have closed but if it's been pierced in the same place more than once you
