New Addition to my setup 🤌🏾✨ | Gamer Girilie
Your girl has been streaming for the last 3 days and trying to stream on Twitch & TikTok at the same time can be a bit to handle so I ordered a bigger macro pad to control my scenes & sound until I get a stream deck 😌
I got this macro pad from Ali express for about $35 & the keycaps from Amazon by Womier for $22, but stay tuned yall for the finished product. I’ll be programming it and leaving a review if this is a good budget option!
Oh & if you wanna see me play COD & join me on the path to partner you can find me daily at 7-8pm PST

You know, when I first started my streaming journey, navigating scenes, muting audio, and launching alerts felt like a full-time job in itself, especially trying to manage both Twitch and TikTok live streams! That’s why getting a macro pad, like the clear acrylic macro pad with red switches and three silver rotary knobs I just added, was such a game-changer. It’s not just a fancy gadget; for anyone with a small streaming setup, it's a budget-friendly way to streamline your workflow and keep your desk clutter-free. Instead of fumbling with hotkeys, you have everything at your fingertips, making your streams smoother and more professional, even in a compact space. But a macro pad is just one piece of the puzzle for a fantastic small Twitch streamer setup. Here are a few other budget-friendly tips I've picked up along the way that might help you elevate your own gaming room: 1. Smart Microphone Choices: You don't need a super expensive XLR setup to sound great. USB microphones like the Blue Yeti or Razer Seiren Mini offer excellent audio quality for their price. Placement is key – get it close to your mouth, even if it means using a cheap desk arm, to minimize background noise. 2. Lighting is Everything (and Affordable!): Good lighting can make any small room look professional. Instead of studio lights, consider a simple ring light or even LED strip lights behind your monitor. They create a soft, even glow that makes you look better on camera and adds ambiance to your gaming room. Plus, they're super compact! 3. Optimize Your Desk Space: In a small setup, every inch counts. Consider a monitor arm to free up desk space underneath your screen. Wall shelves can hold collectibles, freeing up your desk. And don't forget cable management! Tidy cables make a huge difference in how clean and organized your small streaming setup looks. I swear, a few zip ties and cable sleeves can transform your entire workspace. 4. Webcam Wisdom: While a high-end DSLR is amazing, a good quality webcam like the Logitech C920 is a solid, affordable starting point. If you're on a super tight budget, you can even use your smartphone as a webcam with free apps – the quality is often surprisingly good! 5. Personal Touches & Aesthetics: Make your small gaming space *yours*. Whether it's adding some cool Womier KEYCAP SET to your keyboard for a pop of color, a few small plants, or art that inspires you, these elements make your background interesting and reflect your personality. It doesn't have to be expensive; sometimes, a well-placed LED strip or a personalized mouse pad can make all the difference. Building a great Twitch streaming setup, especially in a small room or on a budget, is all about making smart choices and being creative. My journey has been about finding those clever solutions that make streaming fun and easy without breaking the bank, and I hope these tips help you on your path too!
