I finally bought my dream camera and it’s been fun and nerve racking at the same time 🙃. If you’re thinking about getting a dslr or mirrorless camera, Here’s what I recommend:
If you have a hard time staying consistent with filming content on your phone, I don’t recommend you purchase a camera, but hear me out. As creators we need simple, easy steps to get our content out there! If you have a device that requires you to understand iso, aperture, shutter speed, white balance. Learning how to transfer files etc, it’s most likely going to create some frustration and can lead to your new camera collecting dust.
Whatever you do though, just make sure it aligns with you and your workflow. Not everyone needs a camera to grow. I know a lot of creators who still use their phones and have hundreds of thousands of followers.
I personally got this camera for filming content and client work, otherwise my iPhone has been working just fine!
