MOM I’m hungry!🫨

It’s that time of the day, need to figure out what to cook with that hamburger in the fridge 😵‍💫

Well I’ve got an idea!! 🤩

Meatloaf!!! 🤯 Noo, not your mom’s bland old recipe (no disrespect to mom) but we’re going to put a twist on it.

*I MEASURE WITH MY ♥️*

• Ground beef (I used 2lbs)

• Red, yellow, orange bell pepper

• onion powder

• garlic powder

• pepper

• 1 egg

• liquid smoke

• box of turkey stuffing

• ketchup

•bbq sauce

🍀 Preheat oven 450 degrees

🍀Finely chop those peppers up, then sautee them in a little bit of butter. Once cooked, you will flash freeze them. So YES spread them out evenly onto a pan and throw them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

🍀While you’re waiting for those peppers, take about a quarter of the stuffing and crush it up. Use a rolling pin or a cup. (It doesn’t have to be crushed to dust, keep small pieces to add texture)

***THESE FIRST TWO ARE KEY STEPS***

⏲️⏲️30 MINUTES LATER⏲️⏲️

🍀DON’T FORGET THOSE PEPPERS!! It’s time to mix the ingredients together!!

- Once mixed thoroughly, you’ll pan it and shape it.

🍀Bake at 450, for an hour. Internal temperature should be at 165 degrees.

🍀 Towards the end, you will need to start prepping for topping. Grab the ketchup & bbq sauce. Combine together to taste.

🍀Once internal temp has reached 165, you will remove any grease if you did not use drip pan.

🍀 Apply the topping and return to over for an addition 10-15 minutes. Take this time to prepare your chosen sides.

I hope this reaches someone who needs it!
