bad hair day
don't come for my hair
Having a bad hair day can be really frustrating, but I've learned that it’s a normal part of life everyone experiences. From frizz to tangled strands, hair can sometimes seem like it has a mind of its own. What helps me is embracing the moment rather than fighting it—sometimes a simple ponytail or a cute headband turns the day around. I used to stress a lot about my hair looking perfect, but now I focus on hair care that keeps it healthy, like regular conditioning and avoiding excessive heat styling. A neat trick I like is to keep a few hair accessories handy for those unpredictable days—clips, scarves, or even hats can save you! Also, don’t hesitate to have fun with hairstyles that change how your hair looks. On bad hair days, I’ve found experimenting with messy buns, braids, or even adding a pop of color with temporary sprays really helps boost my mood. Most importantly, don’t let your hair define your confidence. Sometimes a bad hair day is just a reminder to be kinder to yourself and realise that everyone goes through it. After all, our hair is just one part of who we are, and owning it, even on difficult days, shows true self-love and resilience.
