การตั้งใจเข้าร่วมบุญทอดผ้าป่าสามัคคีเพื่อสร้างระบบโซลาร์เซลล์พลังงานสะอาดนี้ นับเป็นวิถีทางหนึ่งที่เราสามารถส่งต่อประโยชน์ยั่งยืนให้กับพระพุทธศาสนาและสังคมอย่างไม่จำกัดในระยะยาว ประสบการณ์โดยตรงจากผู้ร่วมทำบุญหลายท่านเล่าว่า เมื่อได้มีส่วนร่วมในโครงการนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่รู้สึกได้ถึงความสุขใจในผลบุญที่ช่วยถวายแสงสว่างให้แก่พระสงฆ์ใช้ในกิจปฏิบัติธรรม แต่ยังช่วยสร้างแรงจูงใจให้วันธรรมสวนะและเทศกาลเข้าพรรษามีความหมายและความสุขมากขึ้น โครงการนี้ใช้พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและสามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานในระยะยาว ตัวเลขยอดเงินที่ระดมทุนเพื่อนำไปติดตั้งระบบขนาด 100 kW มูลค่ารวม 2,140,000 บาท ถือว่าเป็นการลงทุนที่คุ้มค่าทั้งในด้านการบริหารจัดการพลังงานของวัดและสร้างความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ศาสนสถาน นอกจากเรื่องของการลดภาระค่าไฟฟ้าแล้ว ระบบแสงสว่างยังเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการนำทางในทางธรรมซึ่งพระอาจารย์ตะวันเน้นย้ำว่า "แสงสว่างมองเห็นทาง แสงธรรมมองเห็นใจ" คือการนำพาทั้งทางโลกและทางใจไปพร้อมกัน สำหรับผู้ที่มีความประสงค์ร่วมบุญในระดับกำลังศรัทธา ทางโครงการกำหนดแบ่งเจ้าภาพตามปริมาณวัตต์ไฟฟ้าที่ต้องการสนับสนุน ตั้งแต่ 1 วัตต์ ไปจนถึง 1 กิโลวัตต์ ซึ่งแต่ละระดับมีการประเมินร่วมบุญอย่างเหมาะสม ทั้งนี้เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนทั่วไปได้มีส่วนร่วมอย่างเท่าเทียม โดยส่วนตัว เชื่อว่าการถวายผ้าป่าในครั้งนี้ นอกจากเป็นการทำบุญตามวิถีพุทธแล้ว ยังเป็นการสนับสนุนศาสนสถานให้ใช้พลังงานสะอาด ลดการใช้พลังงานฟอสซิล ซึ่งเป็นการรักษาธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง เพื่อให้แสงธรรมนี้ส่องสว่างต่อเนื่อง และสืบสานพระพุทธศาสนาอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต จึงขอเชิญชวนผู้ที่มีจิตศรัทธาร่วมสั่งสมบุญในโครงการนี้ด้วยกัน แม้เพียงเล็กน้อย แต่ถ้าเราร่วมมือกัน ก็สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงให้เกิดพลังงานแห่งแสงธรรมที่ยั่งยืนแก่สำนักสงฆ์และวงการพระพุทธศาสนาไทยได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน
