This is the front half of my body transformation and how I found my jawline. If you look closely, I think you can see some abs!
WHAT I’VE DONE:
• Ab circuits: Consistent and targeted core workouts.
• Cardio rotation: Mixing up cardio routines to keep things effective and engaging.
• Nutrition: Abs are made in the kitchen, and focusing on clean, mindful eating has been key.
Finding your jawline is about more than just exercise; it's a holistic approach to health that encompasses diet and fitness. Targeted ab workouts are crucial, such as planks, crunches, and leg raises, which help in building core strength. Incorporating various forms of cardio—like running, cycling, or HIIT—ensures that you engage different muscle groups while keeping your routine fresh. Aim for 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio weekly for the best results. Additionally, nutrition plays a pivotal role; a diet rich in lean proteins, healthy fats, and vegetables can significantly affect body composition. Intermittent fasting and keeping track of your daily caloric intake can also be effective strategies. Lastly, staying hydrated and limiting processed foods can further enhance your fitness journey, ensuring that your transformation not only showcases physical changes but also fosters long-term health benefits.
