That's a good smoothie recipe. But, my smoothie recipe will be like this: 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup of frozen mango 1 cup of coconut or unsweetened vanilla almond or oat milk 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt 1 ripe or overripen banana 1 tbsp. of chia seeds 1 tbsp. of raw honey This recipe will make you go awaken, cool, and refreshed for the summer as this recipe called "The Tropical Sun Spot."
