What’s In My Gym Bag Update
Since continuing my fitness journey I’ve had some updates to my gym bag!
Here’s what I’ve added:

👜 flat shoes ($100)
I use the wireless headphones and tripod to do my mic’d up workout videos. My electronic jump rope is for when I need to do a quick cardio session. I like to use these for a quick 10 minute circuit. My long resistance band is for when I need to improvise if a machine is not available or I don’t have it at my gym. My flat shoes are the platform Converse and I love using these for lifting heavy, especially for squatting and hip thrusting.
