How to Use Black Pepper Essential Oil Safely

Inhalation: 2-4 drops in a vapor thrower, to increase concentration, arouse the senses, or create a warm atmosphere.
External application (must always be diluted):
For Muscle / Joint Pain Relief: Mix 2-3 drops of black pepper oil with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil (such as jojoba, almond, or pure coconut oil) and massage the aching muscle area or strained joints.
For digestive support: Dilute 1-2 drops with 1 teaspoon of lead oil and gently massage the abdominal area clockwise.
For Energy / Concentration: Dilute 1 drop with 1 teaspoon of lead oil and apply to the pulse or occipital area.
Inhalation (for craving): 1-2 drops, onto cotton wool or tissue paper and then inhaled directly.
Allergies Test: Allergies test should always be performed on small, inconspicuous skin areas (such as the inner arm stomach) with a diluted mixture to determine skin sensitivity or reaction before applying to a wider area. [8]
